1. This is for the information of all, that the clause No. 14 of the corrigendum issued by Government of Punjab, Department of Medical Education and Research (MER-II Branch) vide No (E723871)MER-HTH305C/9/2024/5HB3/I/1125449/2025 dated 13.06.2025 in continuation with notification No. (E723871)MER-HTH305C/9/2024-5HB3/712 dated 09.08.2024 have been challenged by Adesh University in the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh vide CWP No. 18210 of 2025.
2. In this connection an interim order has been issued by the Hon’ble High Court Punjab and Haryana on 07.07.2025.
